Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of blocks away from the main plaza with the cathedral. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but they are quite small and noisy sometimes. The service is attentive and friendly but can be a bit slow-paced. The dining experience is okay but not outstanding. The location is fantastic for exploring the city center on foot.
If you're considering staying here, my advice would be to opt for the Suite over the Double Room. The Suite, despite not being what you'd typically expect, offers a more spacious and comfortable experience with a king-size bed and a nicer bathroom. The rooms face into peaceful courtyards, but the downside is the noticeable noise levels, especially from the nearby club and the sounds of adjacent rooms, leading me to rely on earplugs during my stay. On the upside, the convenient access to the restaurant, delightful nativity scene, complimentary filtered water, and reliable WIFI were definite pluses.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, making it easy to walk to the plaza, museums, and restaurants. The rooms, however, were small and rather dark, not quite meeting our needs. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff catering to our requests. The dining options were limited but reasonably priced for what was available.
